Allyson Remigio: Good Grief

Allyson Remigio (@allysonr) is a Baddie from the Bay to Vegas and now Sac. Her research interests include Integrative Health & Wellness, and Motherscholarship. Together they hop on zoom to talk about grief in our Filipino culture and families.

How do we, as Filipino-Americans, deal with the (corporeal) loss of loved ones and of those closest to us?

On today’s episode, we share the honor of remembering Teresa Dancel Fernandez nearly a year after her passing.
